How to make a blog successful and has a strong readership base?, who return to see the latest updates on a regular basis?. These faithful readers love what you write and they will always return. In many respects, a small group of loyal visitors is better than a large number of visitors who come by once and then never return. For faithful readers, a blog should be sticky. In other words, those who come to read what you've written, you will love enough to do that again to the blog on a regular basis.

There are ways of achieving this stickiness. Here are some tips that may be of interest to you. Focus on a subject. Trafficking in maintaining a list of categories in a short term. People who come to read your blog often, come because they are an interesting topic. Deviating from a topic specific to start another and so on only creates a lot of boring readers who finally depart. Keep an interesting topic explaining write more on that particular topic, will keep the readers who came to learn more. Interactivity. Internet today is for interaction. A blog is no different. Your readers can contribute great ideas and some ideas can do to improve your blog, but you never know if you don't interact with them. A blog is not only a place to publish and read. Your readers can comment on the way possible if they make any inquiry, you must respond in an environmentally friendly manner. Opinion on the comments. Readers when they leave their comments should not be ignored. It responds to the greatest possible number of them. When they observe that their opinions have no response, readers will begin to think that they are being ignored and little appreciated. That does not bode well for the future of your blog. There is no need to respond to each comment form individual. Sometimes you can respond to a lot of comments in a single extensive comment. This will save you time and you will keep things focused. Question to your readers. Everyone has opinions, and almost everyone likes to give these opinions to whoever wants to listen. Requests the views of readers so that they can directly make valuable contributions to the blog. The good thing about a question is that it requires a response, which can then comment. Debate. The blog is about your thoughts on a particular topic. Sometimes, visitors arrive through any source that disagrees with your post and comment on the discrepancy, taking advantage of this you can see what your readers think. Even those who don't no comments will enjoy the part of the polemic it has injected into the discourse, you can disagree with a comment left by a reader. Just remember to do so with respect and readers will respect you for this reason.

Alexander Fleming Most of us play many different roles during any given day. Could be a mom, boss, employee, student or friend, to name a few. Very often we identify with those roles. When asked, "Who are you /" we say, "I am a wife and mother", "I am a physician and amateur photographer." We identify ourselves by the way the world sees us, not what we really are. Our authentic self is what we really are, deep in the core of our being. Our authentic self is not that the world labels us to be. Being authentic is driven by our values and our individual needs. To learn to be our authentic self, we must first discover our authentic self. To discover is to learn of the existence of something. Auto-discovery is learning of the existence of our values and needs. Discovery is not a one-step process. Although there are many a-ha moments "in the discovery, there are a lot of hard work that to do before and after experiencing "moments of a hectare," to incorporate that discovery into our everyday lives. When we say "a-ha" really the adventure and creativity and the value they really need support and love, it's time to incorporate the values and needs in our daily lives. While most of us the date of discovery of penicillin in early 1940, the first "A-" moment came much earlier. Sir Alexander Fleming discovered that mold growing in culture dishes without washing was to repel the bacteria that surround it in 1928.

Motivational: those which impact not on the task but in how the task, on the behaviour of the staff, and which are directed to build the identity, culture, motivation, consensus, participation, socialization, etc. Then the communication is not a magic wand that can achieve something by itself. Just as in life, individualism does not allow to build long term, and less on the systemic world of organizations. Therefore, before making any promise, it is important to know that an internal communications plan can be perfect, but that its success or failure depends not on, shape exclusive, its correct implementation.
